Folding steel barrier post for parking control and security. Bollard is locked in the raised position with a padlock (padlock not included). When padlock is removed, bollard may be lowered to ground to allow for access. Base plate must be lagged to ground for proper installation (installation hardware not included). Steel construction. Powder coat yellow or galvanized finish.
