A Plastic Bollard with fillable base is a great alternative to traditional permanent bollards. The plastic units can be filled with a variety of substances for a more stable base or left empty for simple movement. If bollards are contacted the lightweight design minimizes damage to both parties involved, unlike steel bollards. If the bases are filled and are too heavy to be moved manually, there are built in fork pockets to ensure quick movement with a fork truck or fork lift.
