Warehouse Pallet Rack Frames, Step Beams, and Row Spacers
Configure pallet storage bays for warehouses, distribution centers, stockrooms, and manufacturing facilities with steel pallet rack components sized for different layouts and load requirements. This family includes upright frames, horizontal step beams, and spacers for separating back-to-back rack rows, giving buyers the primary structural components needed to plan a warehouse pallet racking system.
Select Upright Frames by Height and Capacity
Upright frames are 42 inches deep and available in heights from 120 to 216 inches. Depending on the model, capacity per upright is 19,380 or 24,000 pounds. Multiple heights support different vertical storage plans, while powder-coated steel construction helps resist surface scratches and rust in industrial environments.
Match Beam Length and Load Rating
Six-inch-high step beams are offered in 96, 108, 120, and 144 inch lengths to accommodate different bay widths. Uniform capacity ranges from 5,000 to 7,000 pounds per pair. Because beam ratings are stated per pair, buyers should consider both the required span and anticipated evenly distributed load when selecting components.
Plan Back-to-Back Rack Spacing
Steel frame spacers are available in 6 and 12 inch usable lengths for maintaining separation between back-to-back upright frames. Frames, beams, and spacers are sold individually, allowing quantities and configurations to be matched to the planned installation. Before ordering, confirm the required frame height, bay width, load rating, row spacing, and number of components for the complete rack layout.
